Who says you can't go Middle Eastern in Italy? All you need is a tagine, some fire, a pocket full of spices, and a little imagination, and ecco: Midnight at the Oasis! It took a bit of searching to find the ingredients here in Umbria where 'eating exotic' is NOT an everyday occurrence.
